Joe and I have become official house hunters! We found a house that we absolutely loved, and we put an offer on it, over the asking price. Sadly, it was not meant to be. Some invester offered the same amount we did, but put 50K down!! So, despite us being a cute, needy couple, they went the other way! So, were hitting the streets, with our AWESOME realtor again this week. Susan, if you read this, you are the best and we love you! Thanks for putting up with us!

Also, we found a minister for the wedding. She was a professor of Joe's at ASU. She is the sweetest thing and after meeting with her, I can't wait to get married! The ceremony is going to be beautiful.

Hope everyone is well. Wish us luck on house hunting, and, oh yeah... the big job search!

Update: Check out the pictures. Looks nice! -Chris

WEll we had our home inspection and it was great. We were told we will have one huge expense to get the house to tip top shape. The inspector had to break the news to us gently. One light bulb was burned out in the front. I am off to target to register for a box of 100 watt bulbs.

take care

Fantastic news! Maybe you should skip the light bulb -- that way I'll know what to get you for a housewarming gift!

You need a Wheelbarrow for your new house?

Dear Rob,
I am sure I will need one, but not yours I promise.
